At the Borders College Graduation Ceremony in Kelso’s Springwood Park on Friday, September 24th, a major highlight of the occasion was an Honorary Fellowship being bestowed upon Exporters Association member and well-known local business man Alistair Buchan, Chair of Lochcarron of Scotland. Congratulations Alistair - an honour well deserved.

This honour recoognisess the pivotal role Alistair has played in his family business and the many ways he has  promoted Borders textiles and commerce.

Alistair is a founding member and former Vice Captain of the Exporters Association and we are all delighted that his contribution to textiles and the Borders has been recognised in this way.
