Investment in machinery and people pays of for BHK Circuits

In the past year BHK Circuits have successfully upgraded equipment, introduced new personnel, and achieved ISO 9001:2000. All to help maintain the company as a leader in the printed circuit board manufacturing industry. This ongoing policy of investment in machinery and people obviously paid of with 34 new customers added in 2003.

March 2003 - BHK install Automatic Optical Inspection ( AOI ) system to help eliminate process defects, increase yields and quality levels whilst reducing costs.
 
May 2003 - New, Up-Graded Pre-Production tooling software system installed ( Ucam ) to increase accuracy and efficiency.
 
August 2003 - Awarded EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Approval
 
November 2003 - Range of Lead Free finishes extended to include Lead Free Hot Air Solder Level.
 
December 2003 - New personnel added to strengthen Pre-Production Department.

January 2004 - New Production Manager appointed to strengthen production team.
 
January 2004 - Introduction of a night shift to increase production capacity and flexibility for fast order turnaround.
