Business as usual as Lochcarron move from Galashiels to Selkirk

In spite of the traumatic experience of moving their business from Galashiels to Selkirk by the end of July, Lochcarron is determined to keep their eye on the ball, with plans to launch their new collections of knitwear from their Hawick factory, and woven fabrics and accessories from their main plant in Galashiels.

These are being seen at trade exhibitions in Florence, Glasgow, Dublin, Birmingham, New York, and Secaucus (New Jersey), by the end of March.

Piti Oumo menswear show in Florence, highlighted many of Lochcarron’s tartans by painting a fleet of Mini Cars in some of their most popular new creations including the new Florence tartan. This helped to ensure a most encouraging start to the 2006-selling season.
