Traquair Ale success in Best Beers poll

Many congratulations to Catherine Maxwell Stuart, and her staff at Traquair Brewery, on being voted 20th best brewery in the world in a recent Internet poll.

Better still, Traquair's Jacobite Ale was voted into 17th place in the world beers category. A tremendous achievement for a small brewery based in the Scottish Borders, and well earned recognition of the quality of their beers.

This was a truly international poll, with 188,000 voters from 65 countries participating. Currently 25% of Traquair's beer production is exported to the USA.
