Borders Companies exhibit at Scotland's International Trade Fair Scotland’s International Trade Fair
Thirteen businesses exhibited on the Scottish Borders Council’s group stand at Scotland’s International Trade Fair in Glasgow in January 2004. Participants included: Cobweb Designs, William Lockie/ Brenire, Annasach, Cameo Fine Arts, A. Elliot Fine Fabrics, Laura Brittain, John Henry Soaps, Scottish Borders Art Glass and Selkirk Glass.
Exhibiting at the Show for the first time were Clothing by Design, designer of clothing from fashionable Harris Tweed; the popular and well established baker from Galashiels, Alex Dalgetty & Sons; Engineering in Wood who produce bespoke furniture and wood items; and Samieston Ceramics, a designer/ maker of contemporary ceramics.

The year, the Show again reached full capacity in terms of exhibitors and continues to attract an increasing number of buyers from throughout the UK.
