Welcome to the web-site of the Scottish Export Clubs & International Forums
The Export Club movement is a voluntary organisation that acts as a forum for the exchange of information, both between exporters and from 'government' to exporters.
Export Clubs encourage businesses into exporting, by bringing together experienced exporters and those with little or no experience at regular intervals throughout the year.
Most Clubs meet monthly between September and June in an informal atmosphere. A typical meeting will include presentations from expert speakers on international markets, local and national sources of support and advice, as well as the opportunity to discuss all aspects of export procedures. Club programmes may vary, as will conditions of membership. Our meetings provide an excellent opportunity for networking.
Inetrnational Forums are very similar to Export Clubs, although not usually membership based. The Forums are operated by regional LEC's or Chambers of Commerce. Often both organisations combine to operate a Forum.
